ok so i decided to put up this thread to tell you most of the root apps that are useful and needed.
First if you dont know what root is and dont know what it does do not search for any of these app i mention.
ok lets start
1) Titanium backup
it lets you backup your apps so that you can restore them even when you delete them and you can create schedules to make them backup and everything. Pro version allows you extra features such as creating a new android id which can help in games if you get banned.
2) Rom toolbox
rom toolbox lets you manage the apps and user system apps you have your very own way, it allows you to delete non useful system apps that came with your phone and it also allows you to control everything like the screen control, install new fonts, install new boot animations and download gapps for jb or cm.
3) Lucky Patcher
this allows you to to edit, patch, create patches, remove license verification and create modded apks( not that good though). so this is also a very useful apps especially for people who dont download from the market which is almost everyone.
4) Pdroid
this is my favourite app NOTE: only works for gb.. For ics and Jb make patches..
ok so this app hides your id and imea and almost everything from your games and app so this means that mostly your id wont get banned. its a very useful app to since it has even more features i dont know about.
5) Screencast
Almost everyone who is rooted and know how to hack games uses this. this is a video recording app right from your android device it lets you upload videos straight to youtube or any other sites. Pro version allows more features.
6) SetCpu
this app allows you to control the speed of things happening on your android device but its mostly useful if you are on a custom kernel.
7) Rom manager
this is for some specific devices.. devices like mine dont work.
so this app allows you to download roms and flash them it even flashes roms and gapps. ONE more thing it can even FLash CUSTOM RECOVERIES.
8) Link2sd
with this app you need a 2ND PARTITION on your sdcard if you dont know that then dont bother.
this app allows you to move you app on half sdcard and half system which saves much space on your android device.
E.g. if you could only install 20 app you can install 250 apps.
9) ScriptManager
this app allows you to run any script that is on your device.
app needed to run scripts are terminal emulator from android market.
this app is very useful since its easy and straight forwards rather than emulator.
10) sdmaid
this app allows you to delete unwanted data on your sdcard that was left by some apps you installed and unistalled. its for all versions of android.
11) Market enabler
so you want to download apps that are not in your country yet? well with this app installed you can fool your android market so think that you are in a specific country you chose while you are still in your own country and this allows you to download app that are not yet available in your country.
12) Shootme
This allows you to take screenshots right on your android device with a simple shake of your device or speaking loudly. This is also a very cool app.
13) ES file manager
Most of you know this app you can use it even if your not rooted but will not access root data. Ok this app is like any root manager allows you to edit your stuff or game data, share stuff via youtube or dropbox. Many peopl use this as a root explorer since its more stable and fast so i recommend it.
14) FTP droid
This app allows you to manage your wireless connection to your android's data and event. Its can also manage system apps too.
15) Juice defender
This is the number 1 powersaving root app for your device so if you dont want to waste power while your not using your phone grab this app then.
