Now I'm not gona explain how to go to download mode how to use Odin,bla bla bla...

this got the folowing files inside:

*2:rootkernel.tar.md5
*3:xxld1.tar.md5
*4:Odin3 v1.83

ok,set the drivers, device in downloadmode, find by Odin

Under PIT file browse for GT-I9070_EUR_XX_8G_20111220_KL6.pit, you have extracted this file before.

. Under PDA rootkernel.tar.md5.

Then check what options are checked (Selected), be sure to UNCHECK (remove selction) Re-Partition, Flash Lock, Phone EFS Clear, Phone Bootloader Update! Only Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time should be checked (Selected)

so now youre device should be rooted but here comes the second part

so back to download mode connect to pc checked to Odin

*1: choose XEN(Netherlands) I9070XXLK2
*2: SER (russian) I9070XXLPY

This is the only one thats directly on JB and by the fact there's no conflict off flashing another countrys firmware from the same model ofcource
if this not works flash the XEN one
so back in PIT the pit file and in PDA the XEN or SER
You can also get firmware from here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=...1#firmware

in case the SER doesn't go for it the XEN will then install this root file on ExtSdCard!!!
boot in recovery and flash it should bring it up to JB
